As human beings we all experience emotional pain and struggle at some point in our lives. Sometimes we can feel stuck and find it hard to propel ourselves forward in a meaningful way. Together, without judgment, we will work to help you process experiences, feelings, and behaviors that are getting in your way, so that you can live the life you want and forge a path to well-being and greater freedom. As a therapist, I am passionate and dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults learn skills to adapt and grow from the challenges that life inevitably brings.

Approach to Therapy

I take an integrative approach to my work with clients, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and depth/insight-oriented psychotherapy. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you will be able to achieve greater self-understanding, confront fears, and develop new skills in order to live a more joyful and authentic life.
